Jubilee family celebration in London - 3rd June
If you fancy making London the location for your Jubilee celebrations - consider the Big Jubilee Lunch event at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich.  You can bring your own picnic, or go to one of their food stalls.  There will be activities for the children, and an opportunity to see the Diamond Jubilee pageant float past.

Create a comic at the British Museum 2nd June, or a digital workshop at the Museum of London, 7 & 8th June, which will tell you how Londoners will keep up to date with the 2012 Olympic stories and results.
Great events for Under 6's
Animal olympics at the Museum of London, 6th June, sounds great fun.  Its a special storytelling session for younger children, but older siblings are welcome.
