Kids Week booking line opens Tuesday 17th June Don't miss out on half price and free theatre tickets for kids this August. The Kids Week initiative has a great range of London shows on offer, where 1 child goes free for every adult ticket purchased. One of the best features of Kids Week however are the special events that are organised as part of this initiative - this includes back stage tours, workshops with the actors - all free of charge. Booking lines open June 17th, 10am, so get in quick to catch the best events.
West End Live 21st & 22d June Sticking to the theatre theme - if you don’t know which show you would like to go and see, get to the West End Live event in Trafalgar Square this weekend. The fun starts at 10am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday for a day of live performances from some of the West End's biggest shows.
International Festival 23rd to 27th June Another great outdoor arts event is the Greenwich and Docklands International Festival that runs between 23rd and 27th June in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. A chance to see the world from a different angle and immerse yourself in this free festival of shape-shifting perception-changing outdoor performances. This is probably more an event for older children and teeenagers who have finished their exams!
